Bagnet ( Local version of Lechon Kawali)



Be sure to bring your Lipitor (high cholesterol meds) if you want to feast Bagnets...I remember the days when tito Baby and I would go directly to the bagnet vendor in Cuta to pick up some freshly fried pieces. I saw it with my own two eyes how they fried this big chunks of pork...Food coma or heart attack.. Any takers?

I have tasted quite a number of so-called "bagnets" from far and wide, but let me tell you, nothing compares with the original. As the old story goes, quite a few Vigan folks join their Creator at an early age because of "bagnet" (among other gustatory delights like "sinanglao" for instance).

crispy succulent pork belly... yummy... yup mg Tit is right.. nobody does Bagnet better than Vigan.

I am ready for the bagnet...my cholesterol just went down from 269 to 170 thank God for Crestor
